A strange vegetable

Actually marketed as ugly.  On the huge tonne cartons we receive at Fareshare it’s labelled ’The Ugly One’ I spent quite a lot of the day cooking vegetables and dishes for the freezer. Mashed celeriac with butter is so good, and freezes well. 
In the late afternoon I went to Pilates - I can’t honestly say I really understand what I’m doing yet after 3 lessons, but I did feel wonderful afterwards. It’s called spinal Pilates so is just right for me.  Though I think everyone else there is at least 20 years younger than me. I felt like a representative from a foreign land:)
