Canal side

A more gentle day of cycling to Brecon from yesterday’s cafe stop. We enjoyed a look round the cathedral before enjoying coffee and cake. We even picked up some shopping before returning to the car.

We passed a number of these bridges most of which seemed to be redundant. However one was being used by a farm to bring the cattle in for milking. We also found ourselves elevated above the River Usk at various points even cycling over an aqueduct at one point. Closer to Brecon we met more people and boat tours. So pleased we brought the bikes. A good day to miss the Orienteering as the cloud was down and there was a long journey from the car park to assembly.
