Lunch stop

Soooo hot today! Tim and I have got a hire car this weekend, so we drove down to Box Hill in Surrey and went for a walk, trying to get in training for Ben Nevis next month. We embarked on an eleven mile walk, but it was so hot that we decided to turn back after about 4 miles and make it an eight-miler instead. Plenty far enough in 30 degree heat! We ran out of water (about 3 and a half litres between us) just before the end of the big uphill bit towards the end, so stocked up with water, coke and ice lollies at the shop by the car park before driving back home.
