Meet Ernie

This little dude made his home in a potted plant on the porch several weeks ago. He digs himself in deep and tunnels under and between the tubers of the mother-in-laws tongue. He has dislodged one but I may just put it in another pot. I love having him out there. He occasionally sings to me and he snacks on pesky bugs!! I’ll have to research and see what I need to do if he chooses to hibernate in the pot this winter. I need to know if it’s ok to bring him in with the pot. I don’t want to hurt the little guy.
It was a little cooler and drizzly today. J had an ophthalmologist appointment. Then we did a little in the yard. Quiet day.
