Centre Court. Ladies final and men’s doubles final.

What a day!

I’ve never been to Wimbledon before so didn’t have much of an idea of what to expect but it was, of course, totally amazing. Probably the most quintessentially British day out that I’ve ever experienced. One of my favourite parts of the day were the sounds: the sound of tennis balls being hit, the gentle, polite applause and the constant soundtrack of corks being popped. It was excellent.

As was the tennis, a couple of absolutely excellent games! Such a great experience!
