Childhood memories

Busy day but productive.

Amazing yoga class after only 4 of us turned up to class, likely because it was so warm outside and people decided to stay at home. I was the only woman and the other 3 men are the more sporty/ athletic chaps from the usual class so I was a bit worried that we’d be put through our paces. When we did the chatting at the start it was just as loud as when we have a packed class of 12. Fabulous!

I did my first supported shoulder stand and it felt fabulous once I was in the right position. I was able to use a yoga mat to stop the chair sliding and so outing my feet on the chair back and then lowering my head to the floor didn’t look or feel as scary as it usually looks when I see others do it.

I’m going to have to wash all my clothes from yoga despite the fact they were clean and fresh on, I was sweating out of my eyeballs!
