Finally

Finally, a confirmed monarch!! I saw a flash of orange go by but the butterfly disappeared high up into a group of trees. A monarch, perhaps? I turned my attention to a pair of halloween pennants each perched on their favorite dock weed stalk. They caught several snacks but mostly they stared at each other. When I made my final pass around the yard I spotted this monarch resting in the shade on different dock weed growing near the butterfly bed. Due to the angle I’m unsure if it’s male or female • Who knew dock weed would be all the rage?!? • Peace & Love
