Name That Crop

It's been another busy day.

I had a blood test in the morning. There was one other patient there, she went in to see a GP. I saw the nurse and when I came out 5 minutes later the waiting room was empty. There seem to be more staff than patients these days.

When I got home there was an email from the car dealer saying they had received my car! Yay! I can get it next week, though I have complicated matters by deciding I'm having a personalised number plate. Nothing expensive, just a bit more interesting. I didn't realise it could take up to two weeks to get the paperwork though. I've decided to sell our current car to one of these 'we buy any car' type places as I should get a bit more than the dealer has offered as a part exchange. So I've had to wash the car and take numerous photos as part of that process.

On top of that we've got to get the house ready for visitors as daughter#1 and family are due tomorrow for a weekend visit. Not a lot involved there as it is pretty tidy. Just sorting out beds really.

Somewhere in between we managed a walk to Hampnett. I'm not very good at crops. Wheat maybe?

Over 11k steps, a lot for me these days, A very hot day too.

We saw a few butterflies on our walk, nothing as splendid as this though.
