Surprise, surprise!.

The first surprise was the Tiger Lily which had to have a helping hand as it was droopy and pointing down.. Strangely, there were 4 others which had already finished and I had no idea they had opened. Their endurance, or lack of it, is about the same as a Day Lily.
Second surprise was a small mouse (extra ) which was scurrying about outside while I was having lunch, and it didn't appear bothered when I stepped out with the camera-phone. I'm not sure what "variety" it is maybe a young Wood Mouse although the ears are quite small.
Managed to get all the paving sprayed  with an anti - algae preparation this evening as it was calm, cool, still, and of course, dry.
