Got the local 2 car ferry over to Nigg- we just missed one so D had coffee and we shared a piece of coconut snd lime cake whilst we waited - delicious .
Went up to Dornoch and looked around the town , both making purchases again in the sale. Had a quick look around the beautiful cathedral again and then drove to the beach to share a delicious haddock wrap and go for a quick short along the beach. Went to Dunrobin castle- looked around the house- and gardens which stretched down to the sea. Shame about the bird poo in the window when I took the photo. Called in at Tain on the way home to see A and admire the garden. Unfortunately we missed the last gerry back!
