Sunset through the weeds
Another hot day, so we took an evening trip to the top of Barbury Castle Hill Fort. Seemed like quite a few others had the same idea. We waited as long as we could for the sunset, and got a few reasonable pictures between us. This one was taken from the car as we came back down the hill, with a slightly different view.
It was noticeable how quickly the 'picture' changed once the sun 'hit' the horizon. What appeared to be very slow movement earlier suddenly appeared to have sped up. I guess that life too seems like that sometimes, everything seems static for a long time then it all seems to change at once. It's at those times that I glad I know 'the one who doesn't change', who is the same 'yesterday, today and forever' and therefore can be trusted with the small and big things in life.
