Bonus (Day 3355)

I zoomed off this morning with a list of jobs to get to. First a drippy tap in Rendall then out to Evie to the house re-furb to fit some trims to the wet wall. It has taken ages for the trains to arrive and I wanted to get them in place as soon as possible.
In to town next to have a look at a hot water cylinder which seemed to be leaking. I confirmed that it was leaking and zoomed off to get a replacement. The rest of the morning and the early afternoon was spent getting it fitted.
Next on the list was a trip through to Stromness to replace an electric shower. When I arrived and checked, the shower was working fine. The power for the shower is switched on and off with a pull cord switch and the elderly customer hadn't pulled the cord hard enough.
With bonus time off I met my beautiful wife at the horses and we got out a ride on George and Red. Unbelievably, we were in Tshirts because the weather has finally realised it is supposed to be summer and we were treated to some warmth and sunshine. Perfect.
