Sigyn (Day 3354)

Off out to the wilds of Evie again this morning to get a bit more done on the house re-furb. Surprisingly it all went better than I had anticipated and I got both the loo and basin fitted by lunchtime. Normally fitting a basin is a really quick job, but in this bathroom an old unit is being re-purposed meaning a lot of thinking and careful modification of the unit.
Home to get Sigyn out for a wander at Lyde, where she posed nicely for a second before squirming around in the heather (extra).
After a very late lunch and a shower I zoomed to town to collect some bits before an appointment at the hospital to get the results of an MRI scan I had on my knee in March. The scan has confirmed that I have a torn medial meniscus and that it needs surgery to sort it. I likely have another 3 months to wait for my date with the surgeon, but it is really good news that I am finally going to get it sorted.
A quick trip into Tesco reminded me why I usually try and go on a Sunday morning. I was glad to get back home to my beautiful wife
