View out the bedroom window at 9:30 pm as I crawl into bed.

My sister & I just seem to be dragging ourselves from the bed to the sofa and back again. Whatever this crud is, it has well and truly whipped our butts.

I’ve spent my day reading on the sofa and that is it.
