Mae croesffyrdd yn lleoedd ble dych chi'n gallu gwneud penderfyniad. Gogledd, de, dwyrain neu orllewin. Ffordd penlline, Ffordd Merthyr, Ffordd yr Eglwys, Ffordd yr hen eglwys. Rydyn ni i gyd ar y croesffyrdd yr holl amser yn gwneud ein penderfyniadau, mor gorau rydyn ni'n gallu.

Heddiw roeddwn i'n meddwl i dynnu ffotograff o'r Eglwys Santes Ffair o draw'r ffordd felly dych chi'n gallu gweld ble mae'n eistedd mewn perthynas i'r ffyrdd. Mae'n eistedd ar ei hun, ond ar draws y ffyrdd ydy'r siopau, tafarnau ayyb. Amser arall bydda i'n ceisio tynnu ffotograff sy'n dangos y siopau a'r eglwys gyda'i gilydd. Ond heddiw roeddwn i eisiau dim ond y croesffyrdd a'r eglwys.

Un o fy mhenderfyniadau yn ddiweddar oedd ar yr Ŵyl ychydig o wythnosau yn ôl. Penderfynodd Nor'dzin y weld y ceiropractydd, felly dilynais i hi. Dyna oedd y 'croesffyrdd' a nawr mae llawer o apwyntiadau gyda fi - dau neu tri'r wythnos ar hyn o bryd (Arglwyd trugarha!) - ac mae hi wedi bod yn 'popio' pethau yn fy asgwrn cefn ac yn rhoi cyngor i mi am ymborth (mwy o ddŵr) ac ymarfer corff (dim byd rhy egnïol).

Bydd y 'daith' diddorol ac efallai achub yr enaid tlawd hwn rhag rhai o'r musgrellni henaint.

Crossroads are places where you can make a decision. North, south, east or west. Penlline Road, Merthyr Road, Church Road, Old Church Road. We are all at the crossroads all the time making our decisions, as best we can.

Today I thought I would take a photograph of St Mary’s Church from across the road so you can see where it sits in relation to the roads. It sits on its own, but across the road are the shops, pubs etc. Another time I will try to take a photograph that shows the shops and the church together. But today I wanted only the crossroads and the church.

One of my recent decisions was at the Festival a few weeks ago. Nor'dzin decided to see the chiropractor, so I followed her. That was the 'crossroads' and now I have lots of appointments - two or three a week at the moment (Lord have mercy!) - and she has been 'popping' things in my spine and giving advice to me for food (more water) and exercise (nothing too vigorous).

The 'journey' will be interesting and maybe save this poor soul from some of the ravages of old age
