In shallow water

It wasn't all work today. I did have time for a morning coffee while doing trying to do the Guardian cryptic. And a half hour for lunch and reading a kindle book.

Towards the end of my day at the unit I 'discovered' that a patient I was about to see needed an undone mental health act assessment done. Discussed it with him and explained what I would do, and then discovered that it had been done by a colleague. The documents had not been uploaded into the patient file.

On the way home I stopped at Western Springs Lake for a walk with my camera. I like the way the water looks
