Seneca Lake

We've moved from Keuka Lake to Seneca Lake.* Here we have our own dock and a kayak on loan. The photo features the dock next to the one to which we have access.  Lake Life is very special, perhaps the more so now that we are desert rats. I feel very grateful to have this time by a beautiful body water

I've been notified this is a milestone of sorts.  Once again I will state what a privilege it is to be a citizen in this global community of photographers and nature lovers.  I am sorry I have not been responsive on your journals of late.  Everyone agrees, family first.

* At 610 feet deep, Seneca is the largest of the 11 Fingers Lakes.  Our first two nights have been incredibly quiet and serene given the # of houses, pontoon boats, and jet skis we've seen all a round the lake.
