Another Butterfly

We had some glorious warm sunshine this morning and I was out for my walk around 08:30..surprisingly, I saw quite a few butterflies. They must have been out enjoying the warmth.

This one kept still long enough for me to photograph it - I think it is a gatekeeper..as always I welcome any alternative ID. The long dark mark on the right wing is a shadow from a plant stem behind it…I saw a few white ones as well..but sadly, no fancy coloured ones today.
