Cuckoo clocks....

...and this fine yacht.

She  caught my eye when I passed through  Colintraive this morning, where she was moored. 

"She " being the Almathea, and the flag confirms her Swiss registration   which I checked on line, though she was undoubtedly built elsewhere. 

Whilst the  cuckoo clock connection is that famous  remark from Harry Lime  (played by Orson Welles) in The Third Man ,..

".in Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and the Renaissance. Unfair and untrue no doubt , but still memorable.
