Utilita Bowl

The girls had a cricket match this morning.  They didn't win, but the team is really starting to come together and they are making some nice new friends.  I'm really proud of how well they are doing.  

We then dashed home, had some lunch and drove to the Utilita Bowl to watch the T20 Hampshire Hawks v Somerset.  Hampshire lost but we all really enjoyed it.  John manage to fall asleep during part of the match but he didn't roll in until 2am last night after playing poker with his friends so he was a bit sleep deprived. 

Back home to watch the football.  The girls stayed up.  Eldest made herself a football shirt using washable fabric pens and B couldn't quite stay awake til the end.  I'm not a big football fan so I did jobs while they were watching it and just kept and eye on what was going on.
