Progress

The work on the groynes continues, and L was able to come outside for a short walk along the Prom and a sit on a bench for a bit while I walked a little further and back again.
The Scottish football season got underway and United lost what was always going to be a tough test 0-2 at Falkirk. Less surprising was Spartans 0-3 defeat at home to Dunfermline. Hopefully both teams will improve!
