A lot of sore heads this morning after the ball and of course a fire alarm that was triggered at 2.30am!

09.10 I arrived. We packed the last bits onto the car and then C went off to say her goodbyes. I had a lovely conversation with the House parents about how much Carys has grown this year and how she has put herself out her her comfort zone more and more. They are very pleased to have her as a house captain next year.

Back home we managed to get unpacked pretty smoothly and now she can chill and work out what she needs to do to get her work under control for the holidays.

Very pleased to have her home but even more so to hear how much she has enjoyed, what has been a very difficult year, and how many friends she actually has.
