We came home from our other place and went to vote in the General Election. A strange campaign with predictable outcome; “Time for Change” was the mantra, so little detail and much confusion between Reserved and Devolved matters.

Our grandson and the wee dog came to stay overnight shortly after we got back. Our older son and daughter-in-law travelled to a family service in advance of a funeral tomorrow - her elderly grandmother died recently.

It rained off and on; at one point we were heading out for a local walk and ended up sheltering in our garage until the heavy rain passed.

Our grandson thoroughly enjoyed bath time this evening.
