Busy morning.

A bit of a laid back mornng. Eda goes off across town for her drama group, Curtain Up, from 9.30 till 12.30 every Saturday so Jude was helping daddy with some baking. They were making a gf mixture to try out in the new doughnut pan we got daddy for his birthday.

Neighbour and friend Piper came round to play later and she got involved in the all important decoration, daddy put the icing on and the girls added the sprinkles!

Lunch when Eda got home but it was all go for her as she had be back across town for a rehearsal for her end of year ballet show. In the extra you can see her ready to go after Grace had done her hair.
We all headed over to watch the show at 4.30 pm. Of course we enjoyed Eda’s piece from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory the most but the rest was most entertaining, especially the little ones! Jude will be starting a class in September.
In the extra, Eda is third from the right. We were allowed to take photos but I chose this one as they are all looking away and so anonymous.

Great excitement to have the prospect of the doughnuts after tea, Piper joined us again but unbelievably all three girls left them! Too lemony was a Eda’s judgement.
They were cake like rather than a bread dough with a hint of lemon but we adults all enjoyed them.

All in bed now but Grace has gone into Bath to watch another show, a youth version of The Adam’s Family I think. It’s all go. Hopefully tomorrow may be a bit less full on but it’s unlikely.
