Sidalcea

I went into the garden to see if the frog was poking its head out of the pond but all I found was a large, drowned snail (and pics didn't work) so here's a flower, instead.
I did parkrun and a bit extra this morning and it turned out to be exactly the same distance as I ran yesterday, though with less hills.
The afternoon was spent knitting and watching the Tour, they were riding through places we've visited and finished at a place we could see 3 weeks ago. There will be more Tour watching tomorrow!
