Behold...!

...my wondrous tree-yness!

Another pretty busy work day, but nice and quiet too, so I could actually get on with stuff.  Managed to finish by 6pm-ish, and went for a walk across the other side of the valley from our house - through Bicclescombe Park, and right up to Marlborough Road Cemetery on top of the hill.  Tim was looking out for me from our balcony and I waved at him like a loon - we each said how tiny the other looked :)

Ian was back working on our soakaway and the steps at the side of our house today.  He uncovered the existing pipe, and discovered it just went straight down into the earth by our back door.  Ridiculous.  Thankfully, it was also nearly completely blocked by a tangle of roots, so not too much water was actually making it through in recent times.  Ian's doing a great job - looking forward to seeing it finished eventually.
