Getting my steps in

Back to work today.  Spent a while catching up on emails, etc, and in meetings, but also spent an inordinate amount of time completing my appraisal form.  Finally got it sent off to our chief exec (who's line managing me since my manager left) by the end of the day - and then got out for a rather gloomy walk at the Cairn.  Such a dull evening!  But a lovely tromp through the woodland - and this bit of my route definitely helped me get my steps in for the day.
