Chapel Street

Out for a walk on my lunch today I took a slight detour and came across the -slightly neglected- Pen y Bryn Chapel on Chapel Street, in Salisbury Park. 

Penbryn Baptist Chapel was built in 1789, modified between 1816-18 and extensively remodelled in 1881. In 1898 the congregation moved to a new site. The original chapel was built in the Sub-Classical style with a short-wall entry plan.
