Simple decorations

My renovation of the balcony continued this morning, as long as it was shady. I ran out of gravel and had to fix a puncture on my wheelbarrow about the same time as the sun appeared from behind the house and made it unpleasant to go on. Tomorrow is supposed to be raining a lot, at least in the afternoon so I might wait with the tricky bits until next week.

On my longish walk in the late afternoon I saw this gable, that I passed many times without noticing. I like it when they take every chance to make a common gable and a hatch look a bit more special and artistic, to me it's a sign that you like what you're doing.
