Corncockle
I have one fine specimen and am thrilled!
The sunshine has gone but it's pleasant enough and I have been hard at it all day with a mega list that required sorting mainly preparation for next week which is going ot be full on. You remember I have been involved in a project about holy wells with the Artist. Well, it's the filming next week in North Kerry and I have been busy preparing the custodians (checking there's water in the wells - all good; requesting that a bouncy dog be kept in; finding out where we charge things up - a milking parlour will do the trick apparently!), organising schedules and alerting people to a final workshop on the Friday. A million emails have gone off into the ether and I hope I haven't forgotten anything.
It's also the start of Bantry Literary Festival a jam-packed and star-studded event. Tonight I'm off to a talk by Nuala O Connor, author of Seaborne, which should be interesting if I can keep awake!
