London

The weather was much better today.  I had an appointment for nails mid morning and called into M&S for a few bits en route.  Home to sit in the garden and have lunch and it was actually warm.  Visit from the people who supplied the granite work top to look at the marks (hardly visible but he did agree to £ discount on the balance so that was good news).  I was undecided about a trip to London to see No.2's work in a new show but gave myself a talking to and showered and changed and we headed off to catch the train.  OH is much more sociable than I am but I am glad I went as we had a couple of drinks on the Tattershall Castle first then pizza after.  Show was busy and hopefully the works will sell.  We walked back from Warren Street and London was busy and buzzing and we just about missed the rain!  Detour on the way home as some of the roads were closed but home in bed by 10.30.

Chatted to No.1 on the way home and she sounded bright but tired and had enjoyed a good day with JC's sisters.
