Dolly's Day

BRICKS

A usual Thursday for me.  Went down to the village this afternoon to drop off a bag of stuff at the charity shop. Then some food shopping as well as picking up a parcel in Tesco.

Walked home past the cricket ground and after finding a blip there on Monday I found another one today. The abstract challenge is " abstract geometry" .  I chose to blip this brickwork design on the wall of the Glebe Clubhouse.  Ive enhanced the colours a bit.  Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.

Walked to slimming group this evening.  After a 4 pound loss last week and being " Slimmer Of The Week " I'm back down to earth this week with a 2½ pound gain.  Never mind - its a marathon not a sprint and I will get back to target eventually ( fingers crossed ).  One plus point -- in the lobby of the church hall I spotted a couple of colourful child's chairs with a notice saying that they were free .  So I took one ( for Astrid  - when she visits ) and Brenda took one for her great granddaughter..  Fortunately we were both getting a lift home from Alison.

We had a dry day today - at last.  But there wasn't any sunshine - it was very dull and dreary.

Steps today - 8,745
