Mining artefacts

These things are in the local cafe and a nod to Poynton’s mining heritage. I met my friend for lunch which was very enjoyable. We were a bit surprised when they asked us to move before we’d finished our coffees because someone else had booked the table. As we had a main meal and shared a dessert and a then had a hot drink it took us until 2 o’clock. It would have been better if they’d told us about needing the table when we sat down.
