Quick walk by the brook, to give Leo a run around after he'd been stuck inside during my parenting class 3 month follow up session.  It was nice to see some of the other parents and we did finally set up a what's app group which we'd been talking about for ages!  Ben was out with carers but he kept ringing and texting, asking to come home.. he's not supposed to have access to phones so that is a bit frustrating.  I think we need another conversation with management.  When he did return we popped to the pharmacy and then he wanted to make some cup cakes.  
I think that's it for now, I seem a little low on Ooomph today, so hopefully tomorrow I'll find some more 'Get Up and Go'!!
