Divine Asian fusion

Wonderful meal - these dumplings, prawn tempura, various skewers and salmon on rice. The chef at Dose used to own Maido in New Regent Street (pre-quake). We had a wee chat to him and he has promised to add my old fav smoked salmon on wasabi avocado to the menu! Lets hope so!
