DIDN'T THEY DO WELL?

All that remains is for them - and we know who “them” is (not sure that is strictly grammatically correct!) - to keep their focus and do their best on Sunday.  

I went to Morrisons early to get a few bits and pieces and also some potting compost for Mr. HCB - managed to give away 2 hearts - to the lady who served me and the very kind young man who lifted the heavy bags of potting compost and put them in the car.

Saw this display of “Budweiser” and thought I would be able to play around with it to make it look a bit abstract for today’s AT challenge so here it is.  Just asked Mr. HCB who the young man is in the shot, and he said that sadly he wasn’t chosen to play in the Euros!  Ah well, at least he will get his 15 minutes of fame on Blip - which I think is far better!!

Have a good day - looking forward to seeing our son at lunchtime before he takes Mr. HCB to cricket this afternoon, especially as we haven’t seen him since before Christmas.

Then I shall have a few hours of peace - no cricket, no football - just some “me” time - just what the doctor ordered!

P.S.  Just gave our lovely post lady a heart - she was thrilled - it really doesn’t take much to make someone’s day!
