Battery prices are plummeting. In China EVs cost less than gas vehicles. 

Portugal plans to increase the amount of military aid it’s providing to Ukraine this year. It isn’t quite doubling it but it is adding 95 million euros to the 126 million it was already planning to give. 
The U.S., Germany, and Romania will deliver three additional Patriot air defense batteries to Ukraine. The Netherlands will contribute components to get a fourth one operational. Italy is going to send one of its air defense systems. 
Ukrainians are donating drones, medical kits, body armor, and cars. They are also volunteering artistic talents. NPR has an article about graffiti artists using their skills to camouflage vehicles. His crew estimates they’ve done over 600 cars, several tanks, and a helicopter. They even fundraise their own materials. Supposedly Putin believes that if he is brutal to Ukraine, Ukrainians will overthrow their government to get peace. That isn’t what is happening.
