Climate change

The crow came to the deck and opened its mouth, which I interpreted to mean it was hot. Because it was hot today. So hot. And humid. So humid. 

I put ice out in the bird baths and Karen put a bowl of water. 

NATO is in town. I talked with someone who attempted to go into town and was sorry. Someone else went into work at 6 am. 

Every time Russia does something particularly heinous Ukraine gets more weapons. Russia bombs a children’s hospital. Ukraine gets promised more long-range air-defense systems. The US will redirect missiles promised elsewhere to Ukraine so Ukraine gets missiles now.
