Long Grass

After collecting some eggs from a friend in the next village, I continued through country lanes on the look out for a subject for this week's W-I-D-E on Wednesday Challenge theme using ICM (In Camera Movemnet).

Getting to the common behind the War Memorial in Peterstow, nr Ross on Wye, Herefordshire (UK) I saw the long grass was blowing in the wind. Some minutes later, after trying some different settings, I got one I was happy with.

Some shopping in Ross on Wye, and it was home to some strimming in our meadow field to keep long grass away from the fruit trees I planted last year. They're growing but only one apple on one so far!

It's England v Netherlands in the semi-final of The Euro's which kicks off at 8pm. Despite being Welsh I've always supported England and I'll be cheering on a win to reach the Final ! It could be our year.
