Hip Hip Hooray

No rain today..so far..but it was very wet and humid out walking this morning after the monsoon we had around 7 p.m. last night…

I liked this lovely shiny rose hip .. another find on the verge of a footpath. It has a rather nice spiky stem too.

I have finished the construction and painting of a couple of model aircraft…they now need to be ‘weathered’..but I am a bit cautious of that at the moment..I quite like them in the ‘ex-works’ condition! The models may make an appearance on blip in the next few days if the weather is as bad as forecast..I shall need ‘indoor’ blip subjects.

So now I have started on another model tank..but it make take a long time as it is a step up in complexity from the Airfix/Tamiya range that I have done before! Hundreds of parts..including real springs in the suspension bogies and proper rubber tyres!
