And I have chosen Dad's rose, for my attempt at icm. And hopefully I will give it another airing, maybe for flower Friday.

A busy morning as had a Zoom Interval class, with a 2kg Kettle bell, with a reminder that Friday's Class we need a broom handle!! So I bought one from B&Q this morning, I also had a look on line at what we could be doing in class, this could be a very funny class to watch ;-)

Got changed and popped into M&S for some food to take to Camera Club tomorrow for a Summer Quiz Night, so that should be a fun evening
