Miss Wilmott's Ghost

Eryngium - a walk around th garden after the rain and just before the next torrential downpour.  It was warmer outside than in yesterday.  I got very cold earlier in the day when I was sat at the computer putting together guidance notes for the forthcoming RPS Contemporary North next book project.

I woke at silly o'clock and as a consequence a bit of mixed up day but also productive mid morning.  Catch-up time with friends on video calls - also conversation with Lou regarding  picture frames I no longer need.

No walk and no exercises done yesterday .
