Wound up in Wexford

Fresh bread

Came downstairs this morning to the lovely smell of freshly baked bread.

W's energy in the kitchen is undiminished.  We (mainly he, I supervise) made pikelets after lunch, and then he made mushroom pasties - some for dinner, some for the freezer.

I spent the day doing a cross stitch kit, and watching the birds.
