Walking at Rowe Woods

Our music at church this morning reflected the recent July 4th holiday, with patriotic music, including a medley of songs sung by a men’s group, including Roger. Bible study followed as usual, then home for a lunch of leftovers. In the afternoon, I agreed to a walk at Rowe Woods, which I came to regret, since although the temperature was down a bit, the humidity was still dreadful, and I was perspiring within 5 or 10 minutes. That sapped my energy, so we didn’t walk that far. Most of my photos, except for the Italian arum, top right, were taken in or around the pollinators garden - and the bees were certainly busy! I was certainly extremely glad to get back to the air conditioned car!
