Edgy

More jazz today at six. I listened to Micah Thomas on Youtube and found him quite chilled. But what he actually played this evening was rather edgy. "Where are the tunes?" I wondered (he did play Someone to Watch Over Me, and I recognised that). I bumped into S and T, again! What can I say, we have the same tastes :)

I left after the first half as we had a pizza van rendezvous with Sue and her visiting friends, and, as it turned out, half the village. The pizza van ran out of dough. Some people ended up fetching pizzas from Fabrezan, but we had such an excess between us that we gave some away to grateful people at the next table. A very convivial evening. Slight dampening of the atmosphere with Spain 2-1in the football ...
