A good morning. Jane helped me with some technology things and we got a few bits out of the loft. 

We hoped that it would stay dry in the afternoon and went down to the park stopping to buy chips on the way. Two stops on the way back . . . the Co-op for milk (one of today’s newspapers was by the window so I blipped it) and the ice cream kiosk. Healthy eating starts again tomorrow.
