Thanks to JacZero for hosting Mono Monday this month :-)

I think this fits the theme of Partial ...... I'm sure everyone will know what it is .... certainly not a mystery object :-)

I spent 2 hours late afternoon following the instructions from Microsoft on how to fix Windows 10 ...... it was a waste of time as the problem is still there! Bummer! 
Even more so as when it had finished it said it was fully repaired! I don't think so .... at a loss now :-(
