Still standing

A walk round Abbey House grounds. Yet another icy cold wind blowing . Not the weather for July, although if we got in the sun in a sheltered spot it was nice. 

This tree has  een like this for years.  I'm amazed it hasnt fallen down , especially as all the branches are mainly on the one side . Apparently it has been "assessed" , but we always avoid walking under it... just in case
