The school run

Pictured not from our usual spot is Violet heading for the car.  Mr MC was there of course but when I took this picture he had headed out of shot to the driver's side of the car.  If you look carefully you can see a yellow sign behind Violet giving notice of a diversion.  This is because the road where we normally park is shut from 4 July to 10 July due to yet more works by Thames Water.  Extremely inconvenient.  Looking for nearby road works on One Network and watching out for potholes when on the road have become a feature of driving these days
