Twelve Weeks

The photo is one from yesterday, our first bridge, it will also be our first bridge twelve weeks from yesterday when as part of the Epic crews we once again undertake the Great River Race.
I woke from sleep this morning feeling slightly groggy after yesterday, coffee and breakfast from sister Jacqui soon brought me round.
An hour or so later we were on the road, Mrs S in with Joshua as we headed for Reading.
Costco; an experience I will remember for a while but I am now fully stocked on various forms of coffee, enough to see out the year.

The drive home was pretty uneventful, Mrs S and I split the driving and did the run in one hit, arriving home in the early evening a very excited Paddy awaited us.

Long but rewarding weekend
